To promote good clinical practice in the area of integrative psychotherapy and counselling
To expand the body of knowledge within the sphere of psychotherapy by encouraging research.
To keep a list of members and their status within the Institute as agreed by the appropriate sub-committee.
Acknowledge the contribution made by member of the Institute to the field of integrative psychotherapy as decided by the appropriate committees and sub-committees.
The MIIPC may seek to promote training in the field of Integrative Psychotherapy and provide training, which will be validated by Bodies of Higher Education.
To arrange educational meetings, exhibitions, and conferences with the aim of disseminating and promoting integrative models of psychotherapy
To publish and distribute papers to members and inform practitioners in the area of psychotherapy of developments within the area of integrative psychotherapy.
To promote the understanding of integrative psychotherapy cooperating with relevant groups and societies.
To invite and collect subscriptions and other monies by legal means to fund the activities of the Institute.
